    One word. AWFUL
    It's understaffed and when staff is there they're rude, dismissive, gives you wrong information and does not care or take the time to hear out your story. They're good at ass covering.
    The TV in front of treadmills etc. Often don't work, the ear plug devices (so you can hear the TV) has never worked for me. They seem to forget to turn on lights and or air-con sometimes... Which can be annoying.

    If it says it's staffed hours, don't be surprised if they're not there or doesn't have time for you.

    I went there for convenience, but I'll run away as quickly as I can.
